Provides strength and structure of orbit (results in black eye if hit) Make up top of brain case (roof) Muscle attaches to it will talk about it later. 2 sets of wings (greater and lesser wings) Greater make iup portion of lateral brain case. Inside it makes up some of the floor of the brain case. Bone superior to it that protects pituitary gland (inside brain case) Make up anterior roof of nasal cavity, the rest is hyaline cartilage. Zygomatic arch made of temporal and zygomatic process. Roof of mouth (hard palate large portion) Make pockets that our teeth fit in to.
