There was a time when they were labeled partly free cause there were elections once in the past but now they"re both not rated free. Not free elections at both places and neither tolerates opposition. Things are slightly better in west bank than gaza. Small chechen and circassian minority from the former parts of the. Ottoman empire before they became parts of russian empire. Historically the royal guardian of monarchy have been circassian. Royal to the monarchy but not politically significant. Palestinian vs. east bank the real tension. Jordanians who are originally from what we now consider jordan and jordanians from what we now consider palestine. That is the reason why the jordanian government is much more willing to see other refugees (syrians and iraqis) but palestinian ones. Because of this demographic balance that east bankers who hold disproportionate political and security power most of the public sector is east bank. Most of the private sector is dominated by palestinians.
