Convenience products: for which consumer is not willing to spend any time. Example: bread ,soap d). unsought products/services:-consumer doesn"t know that they exist. Lots of promotion and marketing has to be done for it. Product mix-the complete set of all the products that are offered by a firm. Product line (oral care)-group of associated items which a consumer together or think of them as of a similar nature. Product category(tootpaste)-assortment of items that consumer sees as reasonable substitute for each other.
