Personality tests can be great indicators for determining traits that set us apart and traits that many people have in common. In terms of using personality tests to determine proper candidates for the workplace, personality tests helps employers search for certain traits that they want their employees to have and traits that show they are unfit for the job. When assessing for big five personality traits, employers can look at applicants, regardless of race, gender, or other physical differences, and hypothesize how these people will interact and lead in the job.
