The study involved 240 families, the children were about 25 years old, having experienced their pare(cid:374)ts" di(cid:448)or(cid:272)e (cid:449)he(cid:374) the(cid:455) (cid:449)ere a(cid:271)out (cid:1005)(cid:1004): group and individual sessions. Higher risk divorce divorces that involved worse behavior problems, more conflict, and/or lower family income. There was a link between blaming the mother and/or father for the divorce and greater social and mental health problems. This study has important implications for how to support separating and divorcing families.
