"The development of a team charter is a powerful, efficient, and effective strategy for engaging

and aligning a team, whether the team is newly formed or has been together for a long time"

(Pilette, 2017, p. 52). Having that clarity with all members involved on the big goal, just as much

as the small goals, and the expectations that are required for the group to be successful, helps the

group be more attentive with teamwork and communication. By putting the necessary effort in

each concept within the charter, the tasks become more attainable.
