driven which differentiates from businesses who profit. A community's quality is driven by
nonprofits access and availability. Being able to adapt with all the changes and provide
compatible equipment to communities in need, nonprofit organizations become an asset to a
rising community. Participating in these organizations can give an inside look to what it takes to
successfully manage others while contributing positive results for communities. "The knowledge
and skills you acquire in this and other business courses are useful for careers in any
organization, including nonprofits" (Nickels, McHugh & McHugh, 2016, pp. 7).
