Heterosexuality- attracted to people that are a different gender. Pansexuality- affinity for or attraction to many genders. Queer- derogatory slang for sexual minority communities. Sexual orientation- the relationship between your sex/gender and others sexes/genders. Trans- identity is not congruent with societal norms. Transgender- not congruent with the sex assigned at birth. Transition- complex process of altering one s gender.
