Women earn less than men in comparable jobs, and often take pink-collar jobs with women from being promoted beyond a certain level gender low pay such as secretary, cashier, nurse. Sexual harassment: unwanted sexual attention, the creation of a hostile or abusive environment, or explicit coercion to engage in unwanted sexual activity. Benevolent sexism: attitudes relating to gender that appear to be beneficial to women, but are harmful in reality.
