Social skills: focus on understanding how to behave in social situations. Practical skills: tasks of daily living like self-care, home living, and work. Vineland adaptive behavior commonly used to measure social intelligence. Alfred binet and simon developed first successful intelligence test in 1905. Wechsler"s tests came later, and continue to dominate contemporary intellectual assessment.
