Sexual assault: definition 1: any form of sexual contact that occurs without consent. Rape: definition: the penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. Iii: includes all crimes not considered misdemeanor. Types of crimes: visible crime, victimless crime, occupational crime, organized crime, political crime, cyber crime. Victimless crime: crimes without victims involve a willing and private exchange of goods.
