The main issue with this email is its assertive, arrogant tone: kamar"s second email has a multitude of downfalls in it. The major issue with the second email is the unsure tone used by kamar. This insinuates that kamar is timid and may not know what he is talking about when it comes to computer servers or cloud computing. Kamar also does not directly include what this alternative is called, instead saying, renting virtual space from a company that provides cloud computing . This may leave his co-workers searching for information on this solution and never finding it.
