Any of the amino acids that humans cannot synthesize and thus must be obtained from the diet. Dietary protein that contains all the essential amino acids. Saturated-carbon are saturated with hydrogen, usually animal sources. Found in butter and other fat that are solid at room temperature. Polyunsaturated fats- relating to fats constraining many carbon-carbon double bond unsaturated by hydrogen atoms.
