Intestine - pancreas/duodenum, jejunum, ileum, ileocolic valve, large intestine (ascending/descending colon), rectum. Small intestine ~6 times length of the body. Patches on ileum caused by lymph nodules in ileum wall. Caecum - large sac that projects into region where ileum and ascending colon join. Kidneys - dorsal body wall, embedded in fat. Anterior of each kidney, region of last rib. Left lung has one lobe, right has 4 lobes. Remove brain by cutting the medulla oblongata brainstem. Folding of cerebral cortex increases surface area to volume ration of the brain.
