Gigo model (garbage can model): put garbage information into decision making -- you get out bad decisions. An organizational chart can tell you everything but the organizations" policies. Ceo: technical, human relations, conceptual: middle: technical, human relations, conceptual, supervisory (first-line): technical, human relations, conceptual, nonsupervisory (lowest) Participative/democratic: asks for other opinions, makes final decisions.
