Teaches and demonstrates to be ethical, what is right and wrong in different settings, and reward ethicalness while punishing unethicalness. Increase profits while abiding by the rules while also giving back to society. Be ethical and socially responsible, all the while maintaining profitability. Lvl 1 preconventional: obedience & punishment orientation, self interest orientation. Interpersonal accord/conformity: authority & social order-maintaining orientation. Lvl 3 post-conventional: social contract orientation, universal ethical principles. Workers often take (steal) from where they work, they think of it not as stealing but as getting justice. Leaders should stick to universally accepted broad principles. Doing what is needed for greatest good for the greatest number.
