Choline- is a vitamin like nutrient that dissolves in water. Body stores excess fat- soluble vitamins because they don"t dissolve in watery substances like urine. Can accumulate in body fat and liver and cause toxicity overtime. Water soluble vitamins are less toxic than fat soluble.
