A good organization is one where people get to take control of how they strengthen themselves and make self-discoveries. People get to try new things in an organization. The leader of an organization helps people strengthen themselves by being a guide to them. People like feeling ownership of their achievements. People who believe they can do extraordinary things tend to perform better than people who believe they are worthless. People tend to believe they are useful because they are included in important projects and people appreciate them. Good leaders bring out the best in people while poor leaders bring out less than a third of people. Telling a teammate what to do will not bring the best of them. Giving teammates the power to choose will bring out the best of them.
