Bureaurcracies are large oganizations in which many people with specialized knowledge are organized nto a clearly defined hierarachy of bureaus or offices, each of which has a specific mission. Exists in a wide range of sextors including government, pricati business and the nonprofit sextor. One advantage is the ability to organize large tasks like delivering social. Security checks, churning out automobiles from factories, delivering overnight packages, or fighting wars. Able to mobilize and coordinate the activities of thousands of people.
