Raised edge at the base of the penile glans. Somewhat more stimulating than the rest of the glans. The tube that runs from the bladder to the urethral opening + carries urine out of the body in both women and men (semen in men as well) The band of tissue connecting the underside of the penile glans w the shaft of the penis.
