Johnson telephoned smithson from the game and was instructed by smithson to take foster to el dorado. They were en route to el dorado when the collision occurred. Plaintiff christopher foster was a passenger in a car driven by george johnson, traveling south on airport. Plaintiff gregory clark was traveling east on highway 50.
