Facts: vanderbilt hired gerry dinardo as head football coach in 1990, extending through the 1995 season, the contract was 5 years long with a provision providing reciprocal liquidated damages. In august of 1994, gerry dinardo is offered a two-year contract extension by vanderbilt"s athletic director extending through the 1997 season. Dinardo is also liable for reimbursing vanderbilt if he leaves vanderbilt before his contract ends: gerry dinardo signed the addendum under the condition that his brother and attorney larry.
