Week 7-learning activity 2: incivility: for nursing students, including myself, i believe that the biggest stressors are all the tests and completing the assignments on time. Each level has had different stressors, with level 3 and 4 being the most stressful. Another stressor is trying to become the best nurse i can with certain limitations that have been set at certain clinical settings: in nursing, we complete each level with most of the same people. People form relationships with others, leaving some people out. From day one, i realized that not all instructors have been on the same page as others. For example, one teacher will say this assignment is due this day and the other teacher disagrees: there have been uncivil behaviors that i have seen within the faculty. The biggest one is treating their own clinical group different than the other clinical groups.
