Artemis and apollo are the children of zeus and leto. Apollo was attacking the achaeans bc agamemnon would not give up his woman slave, Agamemnon gets angry bc he never gets good prophecies. He says he will give this girl up if he gets a different prize. Apollo says give the girl to the gods and the achaeans will find you a prize, but agamemnon says not. Achilles gets mad at agamemnon for being so selfish and leaves his army. Agamemnon says fine, i"ll take your woman slave (briseis) Achilles flips, draws his sword, but athena comes and stops him. She tells him to hold down his anger and he will be rewarded. Achilles just berates agamemnon instead, then nestor steps in and sweet talks them. Tells agamemnon to not take briseis, tells achilles to chill bc agamemnon has more power.
