May adopt values and attitudes of the majority. Internalize values and norms of dominant culture. Strong desire to assimilate, want to be part of the dominant group. Negative attitude toward self and own group. Rethink position with dominant groups, not all dominant values are beneficial. Wholeheartedly endorse own group and their values and reject dominant group and norms. Not always reached, but the ideal outcome. Strong sense of self, own group, and other groups. Redirect anger about discrimination into more positive outcomes. Internalize (consciously or unconsciously) a biased ideology. Not aware there is a biased ideology you benefit from. Some acceptance of inequalities between dominant and nondominant groups. Move from blaming minorities to blaming dominant group. Realize that you are privileged, see the benefits. Appreciate your own and other cultural groups.
