The purpose of this course is to provide a general overview of the field of educational. The main ideas and research influencing the field, as well as specific applications of psychological principles in everyday school environments will be covered. Attendance: i will take attendance at times during the semester. Please note that a significant amount of exam material will come from lecture. Students are responsible for learning material from both text and lecture as well as any additional readings. Requests for lecture materials: if you miss any classes, the instructor will not provide you with additional notes or information from the classes you miss. It is therefore strongly recommended that you get the names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses of other class members.
