It is family"s language, conversations, and words are all data. It focuses on a family"s meanings of their stories because they are valid information: narrative analysis, narratives are the stories that family tells, they are analyzed when we retell our stories and our truths to a therapist. When there is stress in the family unit, one individual may act out and get different treatment because of it. Scapegoat. they lean towards behaviors that will get them attention and others may change their actions toward them.
