Tools like a p-diagram, which help identify and represent the input signals, control parameters, noise, and output response, are very useful at this time. Physical and analytical models are also helpful, they help compare the product to the engineering requirements. It is important that these models are accurate and any variation is well noted. These models also help with the parameters, which are stochastic, not deterministic.
