KIN 3508 Chapter : Brachial Plexus Traction Injury
Document Summary
The student will be provided with a detailed written scenario that will require rehabilitation for a specific injury/illness condition. The standard to evaluate the student should be based on current theory and evidence-based practice. This part will be performed via written examination on the computer, where the student will answer specific standardized questions. The student will then provide the evaluator with the scenario and their written synthesis and progression to be evaluated in the tables below. The student must demonstrate and/or instruct each exercise/therapeutic intervention they indicate in their progression. You will be given a rehabilitation scenario and asked to write a comprehensive rehabilitation plan and progression for at least 3 phases. You will them present the scenario and your responses to your evaluator. You will be required to demonstrate/instruct each of the exercises/therapeutic interventions that you have chosen. Circle one: upper extremity / lower extremity / trunk / cervical spine. 1 = poor, significant and numerous errors, clearly contraindicated.
