Systole - your ventricles (bottom chambers) are contracting and blood is being pumped out of the heart. Diastole - ventricles relax and fill up with blood. Artery - carry blood away from the heart.

One of the most common chronic conditions affecting the respiratory system is asthma. Asthma is a condition characterized by inflammation of the airways. When an asthma attack is triggered, the airways become even more inflamed and can restrict breathing.
