Along with american rev, french rev brings about equality under law, ideas of democracy. Start to recognize western society after french rev. Don"t have to worry about nobles and society recognizes democracy. Britian becomes industrialized and puts some frenchmen out of work. Louis xvi incompetent ; prettyt boy born into it. 1st 2nd and 3rd all meet up to discuss french state. Elimination of feudal dues - (don"t have to work without getting paid any more) 1791: constitutional monarch established (resembles britian government; king is figurehead) King suspected of treason(wants outside contries to come in win to undue all the democracy changes) All men can vote (besides people with property) All religious holidays disbanded and renamed on seasons.
