Her hair net is becoming a trap that she is catching the eye beams of the lover in. If your eyes are craftily enfolded in the net, their hearts will also get caught. He is then talking to his own eyes. Gone from blonde hair to hairnet and now to bands (shackles) metaphor moved on into something that is truly entrapping.
