Document Summary
The program used to recreate our roller coaster design implements real life situations and takes into account things like air resistance, rainfall, time of year, gravity, and soil composition for example. The roller coaster simulation program was used to test our roller coaster that is of a completely original design. When beginning the design we took into account many major things such as price of the roller coaster. Not only did we consider the price of the structure needed to hold up the coaster, but also the price of safety regulations on the sight which is in a heavy populated theme park. The location on the sight was crucial, being a very large and long roller coaster, lots of square feet was needed and lots of safety room was needed around the building area. Clearing the land alone to build the coaster was greatly considered in pricing of the entire thing.
