The journal"s editor then forwards the article to experts in the field. These experts review the article and make suggestions. If these experts agree that the article should be published, then it does. That is what peer-revision means you can tell something is peer-reviewed when it has been published in a scholarly journal. This article is peer-reviewed because it was received in early march but not published until late july of 2007. Look at dates of reception, acceptance, and publication.
