In terms of extraversion, it seems opposites attract. Extraverts are attracted to introvert teams and introverts are attracted to extravert teams: dissimilarity is preferable on dominance-submissiveness because it establishes a reciprocal relationship in which both sides have their needs met. The extravert speaks which invites the introvert to listen.
