The retreat will be held at the fogelsville campus of penn state university on friday, november 12. The morning session will begin with a continental breakfast at 8:30 a. m. , and will include presentations on effective ways to set and achieve goals. The afternoon session will begin at 1:30 p. m. , and will include small breakout sessions for the sharing and development of goals and a series of exercises to facilitate group interaction. In addition to goal setting, the retreat is organized to provide a means for board members to get to know one another. Students are so busy with courses, student government duties, and personal responsibilities that they rarely get to interact with other board members outside of their immediate circles. The afternoon will be devoted to a series of exercises specially designed for this retreat.
