The food tracker recommendations for a person of my demographic are as follows; i should be consuming 2000 kcals per day and my activity level should be. 150 minutes of moderately intense exercise/aerobic activity per week, spending 2 days/60 minutes of the time focusing on muscle strengthening activities. Currently, i do no muscle strengthening activities, however the time spent on aerobic activities is doubled doing 300 minutes a week of walking at a moderate pace. My calories counted for a single day was 2282 kcal, 282 calories above the recommendation. Along with the calories being above the recommended intake, the other two nutrients that were above recommended levels were saturated fat and sodium. Nutrients that were deficient were linolenic acid or omega 3, potassium, vitamin d, and choline. In the assignment i was a little surprised, i thought my diet would not have looked so bad on paper.
