Matthew led the boys down the court, slow and easy to eat up the clock. Finally at the top of the key, he looked right and left, comer and troll were wearing their opponents. Matthew is working the ball, and signals kyle. They, both, charge the hoop, cutting across each other. Matthew shoots a rebounding shot to put the ball in kyle"s hands! Matthew had pled with me to come to the game with tears in his eyes. He insisted i sit up high, far from the bench, even though i"m the big sister who taught them how to step into their swing to get more power and got callouses playing catch so often. Coach has been very aggressive with the boys too. Grandpa"s keen senses from years of serving, navy then police detective, picked up on that too. Coach has everyone stand, even jv and freshmen, encircling himself and the players last on the court.
