Pt should be able to return to activity in 1-3 weeks. Opiod via pcs pump t-tube to remove excess fluid. Serious and [possibly life threatening inflammatory process of the pancreases. Pancreatic duct becomes obstructed and enzymes back up causing autodigestion and inflammation of the pancreas.
