Regulations created by administrative agencies, such as the federal food & drug administration. Secondary sources of law: books & articles that summarize and clarify the primary sources of law. Compilations (restatements of the law summarize court decisions in a particular topic) Official comments to statutes, treaties, articles in law reviews by law schools, articles in other legal journals. Constitutional law: the body of law derived from the us constitution & the states constitutions. Us constitution is the supreme law of the land.
