They have different beliefs on religious practices, parenting practices, and education: partners in an engineering firm disputing over how to compensate themselves. Some think all profits should be shared equally, others think it should be based on billable hours, on money earned, or business each person generates. The dispute has being going on for many years, and has led to many staff members leaving: traffic in a prosperous midsized city has grown over the years leading to a lack of downtown parking. Every time a proposal to add more parking is raised in immediately leads to disputes. Some think that vehicle traffic should be limited, and others that believe not adding parking will hurt the local economy.
