Fetal skull seven bones, four sutures overriding and molding, Fetal lie orientation of long axis of the fetus to the long axis of the mother longitudinal or transverse. Attitude relation of fetal body parts to one another. Cephalic: vertex, military, brow, face presentations depending upon attitude.
