Grapheme-color synesthesia = printed #s tinged with inherent color. Phenomenon of synesthesia often seen as bogus . Richard cytowix thought it was an evolutionary throwback to a primitive brain state where the senses hadnt been separated and being mingled in emotional core of brain.
