Patients who also show positive or productive delusions regarding affected limb. Delusional elaboration = affected limbs were involved in illusory or confabulatory ideas. Somatoparaphrenia found in association with unawareness or denial of hemiplegia and spatial neglect. Includes anomalous body experiences (duplication, alienation, and detachment of body parts)
