In recent years, children have become very unhealthy, gaining a lot of weight. Childhood obesity has become an issue very rapidly, but not only is it an issue in america but is a worldwide issue. The amount of food children eat a day is an outrageous amount, and they don"t even realize it. When a child is obese they are usually not the one to blame. Most parents do not like to tell their children no and what they are failing to realize is the only thing that they are doing is hurting the child. When a child has poor eating habits and begins to gain a lot of weight, it is hard to change those habits because they are so used to eating the way they have been. Not only is getting them to eat right a task but getting them to become active is also a hard task.
