Formation of modern states on european patterns throughout the world as the result. State of nation"s economy at the very center of such practices, related to concepts of increasingly material wealth and social improvement. Only in modern state can we find struggles within and about legal categories that constitute working class politics, politics of gender, politics of sexuality and the politics of procreation. All populations throughout the world are divided into modern states with clearly defined borders. Modern state presupposes the equal citizen as a subject of specific rights. Law becomes means of creating conditions in which equal citizens can do certain things as free agents .
