Im - deliberate tendency to over report desirable behavior and under report undesirable ones. Sde - tendency to give honestly believed but overly positive reports about oneself. Sde higher due to the greater opportunity to self enhance in an online setting, im lower in online saq. This is because people think they know the information because they know where to find it - cannot differentiate between data personally known from that obtained online.
