Effects of dissociation: terminates the dissociating partners right to participate in mgt of pship business/duties. Effects: upon dissolution a pship is not terminated but continues until winding up is completed. Authority: actual authority for pship terminates (except so far as may be appropriate to wind up affairs, apparent authority continues until notice of dissolution is given to a third party.
