Term pship: partnership for a specific term of particular undertaking. Pship at will: pship in which partners have not agreed to remain partners until the expiration of a definite term of the completion of a particular undertaking. Rightful dissociation: all other dissociations are rightful including the death of a partner in any pship the withdrawal of a partner in a pship at will. Effects of dissociation: terminates the dissociating partners right to participate in mgt of pship business/duties. Effects: upon dissolution a pship is not terminated but continues until winding up is completed. Authority: actual authority for pship terminates (except so far as may be appropriate to wind up affairs, apparent authority continues until notice of dissolution is given to a third party.
