Participate in school improvement and interdisciplinary teams (asca, 2012) Learning personal relationships imagery need to know guidance of actions, behaviors, and consequences. The four cs: counseling services, coordinating activities, consulting with others, curriculum development. Focus on three primary subsystems: family, school, and the subsystem formed by family and school interactions. Multiple concurrent actions - counselors access more than one set of services within the community at a time. Peer mediators - specially selected and trained students who serve the school and the counselor in positive and unique ways.
