Asthma episodes typically begin when the immune system is stimulated to react in an allergic manner, producing antibodies that cause the bronchial tubes and other affected body issues to release a chemical (histamine) Do not what causes asthma attacks to happen but usually occurs in the presence of certain conditions (triggers) Triggers include: personal factors (repository infection), environmental conditions (air pollution), and physical activities (exercise) The main triggers for many asthmatics are allergens, which are substances such as pollens or molds. Asthma regimens consists of three components: the first being to avoid known triggers of attacks, the second involves medication, the third is exercise. First, excitement by watching an exciting movie can trigger attacks in some children.
